TasteMyWave: Grandma's Pie

One of my favorite memory about my grandma is when she made this pie. it's really crisp and with a hand made look, made of apricot jelly, amaretti biscuits and tart paste. She used to make it for my birthday, so..here it is:

TasteMyWave : Halloween Pumpkin Muffins

HALLOWEEN, pumpkin time! If you are looking a traditional trick for kids and friends, this is the right one!

This is my version of the Pumpkin Muffins!

These are some pics i took while making my muffins!

       I used aluminium tins cause i didn't have the regular one, you can do the same, it works Amazing!

Special tip: to give your muffins a nice delightful glow, make some chocolate ganache!

It's very easy: in a pan, cook over medium heat equal parts of grinded chocolate and heavy cream!

And that's it! If you want you can decorate the muffins using a pastry bag with decorative nozzle!
