TasteMyWave : Halloween Pumpkin Muffins

HALLOWEEN, pumpkin time! If you are looking a traditional trick for kids and friends, this is the right one!

This is my version of the Pumpkin Muffins!

These are some pics i took while making my muffins!

I used aluminium tins cause i didn't have the regular one, you can do the same, it works Amazing!

Special tip: to give your muffins a nice delightful glow, make some chocolate ganache!

It's very easy: in a pan, cook over medium heat equal parts of grinded chocolate and heavy cream!

And that's it! If you want you can decorate the muffins using a pastry bag with decorative nozzle!

Holland Part 2: The nine streets

I think one of the best part of Amsterdam are the 9 streets. http://www.theninestreets.com/ninestreetsguide.html here you can find all the awesome shops in the area.. it's a really charming place.. it feels like you can really enjoy shopping there because it's not crowded. These streets are pretty short but full of interesting shops, it's a must see for vintage lovers and if you are one of them like me here you definitely can find a special, unusual furniture or a beaufiful vintage lamp for your apartement. In this part of the city you can also find a very cool museum which is all dedicated to sunglasses, the craziest ones! I missed this stop because i went there pretty late and it closes at 17.00, so take your time if you are iterested.

Credo che una delle parti più cratteristiche di Amsterdam siano le 9 strade. http://www.theninestreets.com/ninestreetsguide.html qui potete trovare l'indirizzo di alcuni negozi della zona.. Trovo sia un posto molto affascinante.. qui puoi davvero goderti lo shopping anche perchè è poco affollato.

Queste strade sono piuttosto corte ma piene di negozi molto interessanti, da non predere per gli amanti del vintage come me, qui puoi certamente trovare un pezzo speciale o una lampada vintage per il tuo appartamento. In questa parte della città si trova anche il museo dell'occhiale da sole, alcuni davvero incredibili! putroppo non ho potuto visitarlo dato chè era già chiuso alle 17.00, quindi prendetevi il vostro tempo se siete interessati.
